Windsock decoys do they work? I know guys with killed a lot of geese over panel decoys and full bodies what about wind socks? Tangle-free has got some on sale $35 a dozen.

They work to fill in your decoy spread. I do not like the tangle free socks as they do not stack or store very well. We switch all of our socks over to the sky fly brand. Store very easy
If you go with a sock style decoy, go with Silo Socks....For honkers, we have gone back to silhouettes....In Canada, we go with bigger numbers than here for grays....Easier to pick up than our full bodies.

I already have two dozen full body snow goose decoys from tanglefree.
I'll check out the the brand you guys suggested. But for the price I don't think you can beat the tanglefree.

We had to increase our spread size last year mid season and went with Skyflys. They are a fantastic wind sock
Well guys I did it. I got 6 dozen windsock decoys from tanglefree. I Put a few in the front yard last night, with just a little bit of Breeze we had here in Beaumont they were moving around very nicely. Colors look good. The ones with the 3D head kind of a pain in the ass. I think they're going to look real good with the two dozen full bodies. Let me know what you think.

They look like wind socks (pray for wind)...Where do you plan on using them?...Hunting snows is a numbers game...Maybe add a couple 100 rags.

For now I have a total of 8 dozen( 6 socks and 2 full body) snow goose decoys. I also have two dozen full body specs. I was going to try my hand down south on the sea and the hazard unit. I have a friend up north that will let me hunt a dry Rice Field.( Knights Landing)
Good luck bud.. look forward to seeing your pile of snows. I got the goose bug last week while driving up to Rancho Cucamonga.. in that cut field by Eastvale there were a few dozen honkers in it..
