Still shook up...the performance anxiety was real...glad I could actually hit something ...he sucked that little 100 grn piece of copper out of the 25-06 like a true pro...then proceeded to go ass over tea kettle ..upon autopsy..he had no heart..just arteries left...the little rifle that does ...performed flawlessly..I love her .

The performance anxiety was over the top John..I decided to go big brown area and step it back for the heart and lung area to give me a better chance of actually hitting him..my shooting skills are sub par at best ..and considering the season ends this Sunday...I wanted to up my odds of summer jalapeno cheddar sausage this year...I hate deer meat so I gotta spice it up quite a bit to eat it..he is currently at the butcher being diced up ...and stuffed into the sausage maker ..next up ..the D zone...already giving me a rash just thinking about it in a few weeks...uggh..
