A buddy of mine went on a 3 day trip out of Fisherman’s Landing in SD last week and caught some BF and yellowtail. Then he flew back home to Utah and the processor packaged it and shipped to Utah via fedeX. Someone screwed up and it sat on the fedex dock or warehouse for four days. Dry ice evaporated and it was all spoiled when Pete opened it. 52 lbs of meat.
