    Utah Doe Pronghorn

Yeah, it was a simple and fun trip. The fires out there are bad though, that is part of the widemouth 2 fire in the background.

    Utah Doe Pronghorn

I drew a doe pronghorn tag in Utah. They are "easy" hunts so I had my dad and son join me...on that note; my son got his Hunters Ed a couple weeks ago at 9 years old (almost 10). Drove up on Saturday with the plan to Scout that afternoon...but there were pronghorn everywhere. Saw 20 in the...

    AZ Hitting Cards

Just got off the phone with the Biologist "This hunt was mandated by the commission to provide a premium opportunity for the best deer available in the area" I like the sounds of that...

You can take the stock shocks to shop like SDG and have them rebuilt / softened. Shock valving / stiffness will dramatically change that feel.

There are more aftermarket upgrades for the defender, but you can't go wrong with either. I have seen both extremely abused and keep going strong. Defender seats might be a little more comfortable but I would say get the one you get a better deal on.

I have taken some rangers in crazy locations. I wouldn't write them off. I have no issues with the generals, but would not be my first choice for a hunting rig. BTW you can always do some aftermarket suspension on rangers, defenders, etc...just cost $$. @ilovesprig there are still tons of...

Gas, batteries, oil, and tires can all have issues sitting around for a long time. A little prep work and it sitting around for 10 months is no problem. Issue is that most people do not take the required steps and wonder how things "magically" stopped working. Battery going bad will likely...

I own a SxS shop in El Cajon, they all break. All of their engines are pretty solid, it is the other parts that break more often. In the last year we have done 2 honda trans, 1 can am trans, and many polaris transmissions. Honda is great because it is direct drive with no belt to worry about...

    CA Draw

This is interesting! Nothing special for me this year. Will have a D14 / D16 tags local with a couple out of state deer tags. Hopefully a WY pronghorn as well.

    Newbie (Well Kind of)

Hi Everyone, Sorry for being MIW (missing in work) for the last year or so. Who would have thought that buying a business would have taken so much of my spare time. Anyways, 2024 shot a couple of small bucks including one filmed with Drew and this last year spent hard days trying to tag a cow...

Anyone on SCH know where I can get some AR500 steel?

Competitive Metals in El Cajon will likely have something you can use.

    CO 3rd Season Slaughter

I tried to make it "fair" chase with the warning shot. The coolest part about shooting those hammers is the oil vapor trail that follows the shot.

    WTB 30 cal hammer bullets

What weights are you looking at? I think I have some 125's, 152's, and 181's to try if you are interested. The 152's out of the WM are special. Use H4350 and get >3500 fps.
