Buddy of mine ordered 9mm on Monday morning. Got tracking number, credit card debited. Today, got cancellation notice and credit card refunded. He hates CA, can live anywhere on earth---that kind of dough---but wife thinks Newsom is cute. End of story.

You are absolutely correct. All the libs need to do is find a judge or panel of judges they know will rule in their favor.
Right, so maybe another thing our side should be doing is to get a republican candidate in there that can beat Bonta, since they will continue to cherry pick judges.
