Are Lever Actions Dead?

Well for me they are alive and doing well. Like EdF, I have a model 94 in 30-30- I also have a Browning Bl-22 grade 2, which I love to shoot.

I shot my second pig with my Henry 45-70 All Weather. Head shot, DRT. It's my favorite gun to shoot, especially since my dad and I have worked up a handload that just a fun bullet to shoot.

1000010945.jpgI started my oldest on a Rossi Rio Grand 30-30 he took a pig with. It has since been replaced by a Weatherby .270, but it's a great gun. Will probably bring it back out for varmints or next time I go back to Texas (pic 3 or 4 years old)
