Sitka gear is hard to beat. I use it almost exclusively with the exception being a few shirts. I know it is high dollar but when a pair of pants last as long as three pairs of cheaper gear the price difference makes sense. Beside that and the camo pattern it is some of the most comfortable gear...

Definitely made it more challenging. The late morning crowd will have the advantage on this one when the fog burnt off.

No I was referring to the squirrels . Natures form of population control comes in the form of the plague which can be passed by the fleas on the squirrels or by handling plague infected bodies. Add that to the list of parasites that squirrels can carry and I can not see a reason to want to eat...

Tell him to quit shooting them I the tail. I've blown the opposite side legs off of full size jackrabbits with mine. Way more knock down power than a 22LR or a 22mag IMO.

I'm with Taft on this one. I've never had any problems anchoring small game / varmints with my .17. It has superior KE and balistic performance over a 22 LR.

It can be cut off. it is tack welded and would take about 30 mins to cut it off and clean up the rail.
