I like the skewer idea. I use spaghetti instead of toothpicks so you can just eat the whole thing. Learned that from a recipe in the NWTF magazine.

Buck’s been on purina pro plan sport his whole life. Chicken and rice 30/20. He likes it and his health has been good. He’s on full speed all the time (he won’t walk somewhere if he can run there at full speed :D ) and has always been pretty lean. No issues at the vet. The food isn’t cheap...

I can’t second this enough. The NWTF meetings really improved my success. Everyone there has been really friendly and helpful. Heck, I even got my dog from someone I met at a meeting.

Well Beaver’s Sporting Goods in Lee Vining got me sorted out like last year and as always the guys there are friendly. I was happy to spend a little money on top of the license there because they have such great customer service.

I could still do that but only if CA has implemented digital licenses. No access to a printer at the moment. I feel like they were working on that but don’t remember if it went through or had started yet. I’m no much of a fisherman so I don’t follow the fishing license stuff that closely.

Makes sense. They could just charge a fee. I’ll just pick up some cash in Bishop tomorrow and hedge my bets.

Might be able to get kids from families already in the hunting community but it’ll be hard to expose new kids to the sport without being able to advertise the event.
