Seems like yesterday that I was at a meeting with county supervisor Bill Horn as a San Diego Fish & Wildlife commissioner...Asking him to vote yes on the 1st county youth turkey hunt on county park lands...He did, along with Diane Jacobs and Ron Cox...So, on March 19th, 2011, we had our 1st hunt in Heise Park...Ed Zieralski and I were successful.
