Well we got it done. My brother in law got his first buck, he passed on a lot of bucks looking for a big one but ended up killing a nice forky. He did see a giant, but couldnt get in range due to terrain issues.

I got a decent 4x4, I hunted hard but just couldn’t turn up a toad. I passed up around 50 bucks. Overall I’m happy with him. The shot was 669 yards

My buddy ended up with a nice 3x3

Yes it is! I think next year will be a good year to have the tag, I saw a ton of small bucks that have good potential for next season. Let me know if you draw it and I will give you details on where we found the bucks. Here’s a pic of the big one that got away from my bro in law. From around 2 miles away

About 100 yards away I found some sheep a few days previous.
