Blood on the ground in the 16

After a lot of close calls, I finally got a good shot on a buck today. Blood looks good, and I don't think he went far. How long should I wait before searching?

Don’t you know how they do it onTV shoot it then go look for it at night with flash lights , I’ve shot a few deer with my bow and started tracking it with in 10 min, unless you got off a bad shot then wait 30 min or so depending on the blood spots. Good luck

Appreciate all the tips guys, if you look at the bottom of the picture in the op, I found the buck lol. Went all of about ten yards before he tipped over. Never knew what hit him. I'll make a separate post with more pics tomorrow. My truck got stolen last night so I've been a bit preoccupied dealing with that today.
