Need to replace my local hunting boots. Want a pair that keep my feet dry during those wet morning. Any Recommendations on some good boots you are happy with?

They are the best boot I have found for rough terrain, because they are quite stiff they are not quite as comfortable as the others but the grip and the ability to side hill in rough terrain with positive traction is far better than any other boot I have owned.

Snake Charmer said:Wheels- I like the Kennetrek hard scrabble hikers.
Snake Charmer said:Bonejour- I think they are too much (the 10") for the southwest but there are some folks out there that need the extra support for whatever reasons, no I haven't tried a boot with too much support I've found that the less the boot supports you lower joints the more effort you have to exert to keep yourself up right in steep terrain. I especially like that I can boulder hop and cross rocky terrain with these boots because they don't flex from one angle to another easily or slip without some serious terrain challenges
