What is the California Climate Credit? This month* your utility bill will include a credit identified as the "California Climate Credit." Your household and millions of others throughout the state will receive this credit on your utility bills. The California Climate Credit is part of California's efforts to fight climate change. This credit is from a state program that requires power plants, natural gas providers, and other large industries that emit greenhouse gases to buy carbon pollution permits. My question is when do like minded people such as ourselves, fight this progressive movement. Can you believe socialism is a topic?? WTF IS GOING ON? I remember growing up as a kid, we were patriotic, eager to work hard to earn our dreams and definitely not a VICTIM. My family was piss poor, my first fight was because i wore the same pair of pants because it was all I had, I’m a 13 YO dropout who obtained my GED at 18, AS in fire science at 20 and a bachelors in emergency medicine at 24, all SELF funded. Yet, I’m white privilege? Im automatically a racist because I don’t agree with the progressive agenda, yet some of my closest friends are Hispanic or black? Enough of the coastal elites. I base my life and decisions based on facts and hard work. Not emotion. Show me a success story with a life based on emotional decisions and I’ll kiss your a$$. The progressive agenda is emotional, not fact. What happened to perseverance and self reliance? Why am I a racist because I believe we need to put our country and our people first? Again, I’m sorry for the rant but, are we really gonna allow this to continue? GOD BLESS AMERICA AND NEVER END THE FIGHT.

There has been a mass exodus in California over the past 10+ years between movies, businesses and people who are tired of getting taxed to death. California responds by going into panic mode and trying to find a solution to make up the lost revenue.

Their genius plan it to raise and add taxes to whoever remains to make up for the lost revenue.

Those of you that have energy via Edison will be getting a $15 increase on your monthly bill to cover the costs of the fires up north, caused by Edison’s unmaintained equipment.

I agree that Edison should foot the bill, but not at our cost.
