Blind hunting sucks but it pays off. Been hunting Arizona for a handful of years finally filled my first tag in arizona. I have had a coues deer bug for a while now and i think i am hooked for life. This wasn’t a bad ass spot n stalk hunt, this was a sit in the heat in a blind in boxers and a t shirt hunt so ill keep it short. I had a great time with some great friends. Saturday afternoon i had a small buck dodge my arrow at 53 yards and im glad i missed. This Buck came into 30 yards sunday morning, I was aiming at his vitals, right side, broadside to me. He was able to do a 180 clipped his ear and the arrow went in high opposite shoulder and dropped him in his tracks. Velvet is my favorite. Cant wait to do it again. Local archery starts tomorrow.
