Anyone have experience with dog booties that work well with chollas? No matter how much I try to avoid the cactus, Henry’s feet always get wrecked in certain areas from loose spines that get scattered all over. I try to avoid those areas all together but this dog is attached to me at the hip and it’s not easy leaving him at home.

A guide I know in AZ uses bicycle tubes cut to length on his quail dogs’ feet. He said it takes them a while to get used to it but they seem to work
