Haven't made jerky in awhile so I thought I'd get a batch going overnight. These are made from a few spoonies and a couple teal courtesy of an organic farm I frequent in Plaster City. I always tinker around with my recipe and this time I decided on a variation of my Spicy Teriyaki... soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, Sriracha sauce, and hot chilis. Marinade for 2 days then into the dehydrator for 8 hours.
