Found the pic on the internet, would you do it, why or why not? Do you think the taxidermist would charge less than a full body? If they charge less for mammals, birds should be the same.

Don’t do it!! You’ve been saving up all this time for that dove hunt in Argentina, don’t waste it all on duck mounts!!
 
I don't know...just seems to me if you're going to mount that much of the duck you might as well mount the whole thing. Ducks aren't that big. Maybe if the duck is significant to you for some reason like harvested on a special hunt or on a hunt with a person significant in your life or something like that and the back half is blown to pieces, maybe then it'd be a way to go.

Oh brother...double lunged....as any true houndsman will tell you...never get rto attached to your hound....Lloyd was a damn good one...he was my special boy...he hated squirrels....with a vengeance!! RIP Lloyd....Legend..
