Had a nice dinner last night with wifey. This is what we call comfort food (not a good picture but you all get the idea).

Elk meatloaf with gravy
Baked potato
Peas

Ya' well that is easy to understand! Love those elk burgers. I am making a concerted effort to reduce the amount of game that resides in my freezer. Hopefully to only go and refill it with fresh elk next week! ;D

Looking forward to the trip Fred. Should be a hoot with the company we will be keeping this year!

I have one pound of elk burger two elk steaks and an elk roast in the freezer.
Looking forward to filling the freezer with elk again.

I dont know about you guys but we DO NOT buy any of our meat(except chicken occasionally) ..we have 1 freezer full of deer and another full of elk...we live on it
