Eurasians & Private Land

I'll be hunting eurasians for the first time. It'll be on private land in the El Centro area. Questions are 1. Do I have to use the plug for Eurasians? and 2. Are there restrictions for how far from the road you have to be to hunt? The place I'm going doesn't let you hunt from the field but asks you stay on the outskirts of it. Just want to make sure 'Ol Green Jeans doesn't show up mad if I'm sitting off the access road to the farm or something.

Just like everything else you MUST follow hunting rules, always have your plug in , and you are supposed to be I believe 50' from the road. Each warden enforces that last rule differently so beware.

Thank you. The road I pretty much assumed but the plug I wasn't very sure of since eurasians don't seem to have many restrictions. Appreciate the reply!

Check if there is a county reg regarding the road distance thing.
Otherwise it should just be "off" any named road.
Need the plug for everything in CA.

Remember..CA regs are designed to Hurt..and are interpreted differently depending on what day you run into said interpeter.

something things i found on the interweb, could be more please talk to your lawyer before taking your next breath to make sure you are 100% in compliance.

so two things in play here. one is a county law. 50 yards from a public road, yes dirt roads count. The other is fish and game code 150 yards from a building, yes pretty much anything can be a building. Do homeless camps count? also do not shoot over a road, i cant remember that code but if your back is at a road 50 yards away and bust a bird flying 25 yards closer to the road your shot will go over the road.....
