Federal Judge overturns CA assault weapons ban

Just saw a federal judge overturned California’s assault weapon ban. I have not owned one in years but maybe we will get pistol grips back.

The same judge who overturned the magazine ban, but ended up staying his decision, while the case made it to the Supreme Court, at the request of California. This will be no different. Then Judge Roberts will refuse to hear the cases, letting the states keep their unconstitutional gun laws. This crap is getting old.

Pure BS. The Supreme Court doesn't take 2A cases, so states get to keep their unconstitutional gun laws. Explain why we follow laws, anymore....
