I’m “cross dominant” of sorts too. If you practice your mount frequently and shoot with both eyes open, your non dominant eye will get stronger and it be less and less of a handicap over time. Weirdly enough I’m right eye and right hand dominant but growing up I preferred to shoot long guns lefty for whatever reason and I still shoot lefty to this day. Fight the urge to close an eye if you have it and it will get better over time.
