It was windy when we got to our spot, kept the bugs at bay for a change.

Man was I kicking myself for not bringing bug spray, they full on feasted on me - I look like I have smallpox...

After showing it to wife and proving I actually go hunting I cleaned it and brined it in salt water

Grilled whole with butter and Worcestershire then put an apricot jam butter glaze!

Delish wish I had more

just jam and some melted butter to thin it out and you baste at the end. awesome on any bird, turkey, chicken. anything.

Bet it costs more than that per dove.. figure the shotgun, shells, license, other gear, and gas to get down there. But we're not in this for the price per pound are we? We're in it to shoot some doves bud.. let's think about this a bit more positively.
