Got about two dozen. Missed a couple shots...musta been a bad couple rounds. Yeah that's it. Hate them bastards.

Yeah, Sam T and I have been talking about going out and slaying some out there.
I'm up north visiting my wife's family so that's where I shot today. Out in one of their pastures.

The IV has some squirrels running around and spreading from the NAF in Seeley. Some transfer brought a few stowaways a couple years back and now they are flourishing.
At my favorite place to pop squeeks from, it's kind of an exercise in self-control. Because Quail come meandering on thru as well picking up food bits in the rocks embedded into the side of this ravine. They'd be such easy pickin's too.
And it's such a cool feeling that you managed to hit such a small critter at those distances! Like it's natures perfect tool for teaching us marksmanship.
