sea goose yes.. mexico at SQ. they have eiders but no one shoots them. just get together 1500 bucks and you can go chase the brant there

Most anytime you hunt duck's over water except at a refuge a boat is needed hence the name "waterfowl"....

Unfortunately, that's the City of San Diego....No bueno

It used to be that if you were in the water, below high tide mark, you could shoot in the bay...I was told now, that the water is considered part of the city...I'm also guessing since 911, shooting anywhere inside Zumina Point would be frowned upon.
