Is this a dove?

So i heard some rustling in my neighbors tree ,thought it was a rat, but saw this. Looks like it has a black line on the back of its neck, and a solid soft grey. Hilarious...it just keeps getting better.
 
Put out a bird feeder. The outcome can be rewarding.
 
We get DOZENS of those in our trees. I keep telling the wife we are gonna have collared dove for dinner one of these days.

One even got in the house once, ran into the mirror and left a full body dove print on the glass

Cant we all just leave the dove alone? Those are sone of the most beautiful birds i have ever seen.
