SCH OUTDOORS

Is this one of our guys?

Unconstitional laws, that's why it's a police state. Nothing trumps the constitution. And quit trying to convince people.
I gave case law and that's all you've got. Okay, you guys are obviously talking to and advising fellow F&W law breakers here. Clearly you are unwilling to understand the actual laws applied and abide by them. So, sure, there is no convincing people like you. So go ahead, you keep doing you.

I not a lawyer, but there is case of case where people rights are being violated.
Law enforcement will search your vehical you don't give consent, you say it. And you don't answer questions, invoke your 1st, 4th and 5th amendment. Don't resist, don't argue, law enforcement it's there territory.
Don't make it worst. But take it to court.
If you win. Then one files a civil law suit.
I watch tons of civil lawyers on line.
Suing for this exact civil rights violations.
Freedom is scary, live with it.
PS: Steve is exactly correct.

Shut the Fock up. At 21 mins. into the video the narrator states the he gave out too much information which could strengthen the Officers case against him. Answer only questions you are asked, don't have diarrhea of the mouth.

I already explained the difference between penal code and prima facia, in plain understandable English. I'm not here giving my opinion, or saying, but the constitution says... I cited case law, exhibiting what I stated is true. I have not asked that you like it.

The exception for F&W is due to in people on wildlife crimes, there is typically no reporting party, no complainant. In people on people crimes (penal code) there tupically is a complainant. The courts felt the exception for F&W simply makes sense based on the above. But if people think F&W can't search without a warrrent, they are very very wrong.

Also the reason to invoke the first amendment is to pull out that phone and record the entire stop. You record for your safety.
Recording is a great idea, unless of course you're recording things that can be used against you. That is why it's important to actually understand the way the law actually works, as opposed to how you want it to work, falsely believe it works...

I'm referring to what you should/not say to officers when being questioned. RELAX.
Gotcha. Unfortunately, the narrator is only considering penal code, what typical cops enforce, and not F&W law (Prima Facia laws). The video or the guy in it, is dealing with prima Facia laws, so the narrator's comments are wrong and misleading. But I already stated that.

One thing I caught that kind of surprised me was he was in possession of slugs which he said was for protection. I wonder why he didn't get a citation for acting like he was deer hunting which is a violation of the law. I saw a guy get a citation for that very thing. the guy was quail hunting and he was in possession of a deer slug during deer season without deer tags. I talked to him later, he told me he forgot the slug was in his vest, and he really was just quail hunting.

Most law enforcement has body cams, however they can edit it. Not suppose to do that but they do, that's why it's important
To record . Also interactions can be foia ( freedom of information act) while I appreciate you warning us. It is not cut dry as you state.

Few things are cur and dry. Of course video can be FOIA'd, but them editing video in today's day and age, destroys their case very quickly; as it destroys credibility.

My final post on the subject.
Consult a civil rights lawyer.
Especially you guys in the field.
Get real legal advice.
Good hunting
I suggest the do their consulting prior to hunting, so they have no doubts going in to the field. Knowledge is power. Being properly informed allows one to better handle and understand a situation.
