Don't hate on the great spoondawg! Soaked in water for a couple days like I do all my ducks and doves, then seared medium rare it's good stuff. If I didn't eat the rest of my hollywoods last month I'd bring some to share.

This Saturday guys....Great way to take a little drive to Lake Henshaw and meet some fellow NWTF'ers, SCH'ers, hunters, and fisherman.

Start time is around 4:00 for the cooking and serving wild game around 5:00 pm.
