FYI Forest Service is planning on conducting a broadcast burn on Mount Laguna next week Monday-Wednesday. 170-ish acres around the Paloma Ravine, Bonita Ravine, and Madero Ravine. I have seen a lot of stands and cameras out there.

Any chance it will get out of hand and embers blow 20 miles north, burn the whole back side of Palomar ??

Burn it, it can only help for future years. 170 acres is chump change they need to burn a few thousand every where every year. That would make a difference for the wildlife. There is stuff on the backside of Palomar off the Aguanga truck trail that has not burned in over four hundred years..
They will do whatever they want to do they were preparing and burning up at Palomar during hunting season burned a buddy of mines camera and tree stand. Mined was far enough away that it didn't get burned but they took my climbing stick I had buried next to a log... pieces of shit......I was able to pull what was left if my stuff... CF you guys stuck. And we paid your wages with our tax money and game tags....

Not sure who CF is, is that Cleveland National Forest or CalFire? I’m sorry you think we “stuck”. I hope you don’t expect the federal government, or state, to work your hunting schedule into its hazardous fuel reduction schedule. I’d also like to see photographic evidence of employees taking your equipment, until then irrelevant. And yes your tax dollars somewhere along the long line of tax/salary dissemination probably do contribute somehow in pennies, but your game tags don’t contribute shit to federal salaries.
