Last Hurrah.....Pheasant for Dinner

Dr. Jack had 20 pheasant that had to be used out at The Greenhead Club (many of you have seen it next to Int.8).....We got all 20 and will have plenty of great eats soon.....The dogs had a good time and the lake was a welcome relief with the warm weather.....lol

Just had pheasant my first time for dinner this weekend. It was amazing. Really hoping to get out for my first pheasant and quail hunt this year. Even if its with 1 of the local So cal clubs.
