Big shout out to General Manager Carlos Quintero and the entire staff of Sweetwater Authority for destroying the fishing @ Loveland Reservoir. Draining and dropping water level extremely low will cause oxygen starvation to the fish and cause dead pool. How is your water quality with dead fish? Draining began November 15th and will last awhile. They are also selling off the water as well as draining it to Sweetwater which has extremely limited shore fishing. "GREAT JOB". Give Carlos and his team a call 619.420.1413 and congratulate them. Job well done !!!!!!!

Sad we could those fish here in Riverside county lakes, as the county has no plans to do any stocking this year.

they are doing that to all the lakes, and now have killed most of the fish, all is left is sick looking farmed trout. that look like poop, I would not eat that.

This is what the elected water board council members did to Loveland for "MONEY". The fish will not live in shallow water or make it down a 17 mile trip to Sweetwater. Pics taken 11/30/2022 and the water is still flowing. I don't want to hear from Ca DFG on checking my daily limit and lic for fishing when the flush them down. They could have up the daily catch limit or taken them to other reservoirs. These pics is up just a few yards from the dam.

They are dropping a bunch more water from Hodges as well. I will call and or email him and our Supervisor. All you can do is make your voice heard.

John

I sent an email. Flood them with emails. No pun intended. Hodges was really starting to pop then the whole show got shut down.
