New euro dove regs question.

Soooo. I was thinking. I do that waaay to much...

If the new Rebs for euros is state wide year round does this go into effect sept 1st or can I bang away at euros state wide this weekend?

I'm getting out camping near a while bunch of farms where the euros are taking over in Ventura county and would live to hve more to shoot at then rabbits and yotes.

Year round, State wide Euros starts Sept 1.

That's what I thought but they are new regs for the 14-15 hunting season
