Welcome to SCH.....Are you aware that D-15 tags are OTC, and there's like 1,400 available?

OTC meaning over the counter? I’m not sure what that means but I was able to apply for one online, at least I thought I did. Yes I do know they are very limited but given that I live next door I thought worth the shot!

Yes...It basically means you can go to Turner's and buy a D-15 today...You could've bought both an A zone & D-15 at the same time.

Yep, much to learn...Read your hunting regs backwards & forwards...Invest in OnX Hunt and ask questions here...Lots of guys with years of experience/knowledge that are willing to help you.

Keep the regs in your pack ! A warden was going to issue a ticket to me one time . For hunting in D13 , I told him I was in the A zone , the southern end . It took a quick look in the regs to convince him I was in the correct spot . If I had not had the regs , he would have cited me !

That d15 tag is also good in d11 and d13...Larry hunts d15.

Yup, anything in any of those three zones means you get to hunt all three.

As far as carrying regs, if you have OnX, that's usually good enough for rangers/wardens. I believe many of them have it also
