Rabbit season almost here

Any prognostications on cottontail numbers this summer? Hope I can get out on Sunday.

Unfortunately the grass next to Taco Bell at Oso and Antonio Parkways is off limits according to OnX....

I will be up in the high county for the week in the sierras. Last year we say a bunch a week earlier. hope fully this year will be good. yuuumm

It looks pretty good out there on MCC....The bad is there's been no cows. The grasses and mustard plant are very high....I've also seen a lot in the IV.

I will be out there with bow in hand, time to get some practice in. I will have to hit up the old school spots and see if they are still around. My son will get a kick out of it.

side note.. to bad that the kiddo need to be tied down to their car seat, I remember the ole' days when I would ride on the front passenger seat of dads old Chevy truck ready to jump off and go after whatever game dad was hunting or fishing at the time.

I'll be out as well. Unfortunately my spots have had fewer rabbits over the last couple years and, with even taller grasses, I expect a tough hunt.

Yes! I’m in Ladera just south of the center. We are practically neighbors.

Haven’t heard much except that they were air lifted to mission hospital and were being treated by trauma doctors
