Terrible, Got two stepsons and one I worry about. I've given him the speach accorrding to my foolishnees from the past and what I learned, but who know's what they listen to. Best thing I have learned is to keep communicating and keep them engaged. Just fired an employee with a problem but tried to set them up with a path and it did not work. Bottom line from what I have learned- they need to want it and if they are not willing to save themselves it not anyone else's fault and not much you can do...
