The new flyer...Lots of new raffle items too...The $10.00 entry fee not only gets you a chance at 3 MCC guided hunts, but a chance at a gun and turkey hunting package.

We are also going to add a youth only hunt in the post youth season (MCC or Mesa Grande props).

Thank you, Matt...We could really use some help on Friday as well...Lake Henshaw Resort bought a 40x40 tent and I think it will take a team effort to put it up.

What time on Friday? I will try to be there might be a good excuse take a day off!

With all this nice weather...Dispersal will be full blown by the opener...Already seeing jakes & sub toms separating...There were 16 jakes & 4 longs in this bunch this morning.

Heavy fog, but it didn't stop these18 jakes from roaming around...Recruitment was apparently really good...Nice!

Now that's a way to spend a morning..Some people take morning strolls around the neighborhood or even the beach..you hit the woods and count Turkeys...love it!

We are working on this as we speak, hope to know final answer soon.

We're (Mark & I) getting close to signing the final agreement...A few more t's to cross and i's to dot...Looking good.

ps...The kids that were drawn last year will be hunting the same blinds/sites this year with hopefully the same mentors.

Just show up. Should be a good event for those that show. Lots of raffle prizes a few turkey hunts and all around good information about hunting turkeys this year in San Diego.
