That's pretty ugly!......Actually worse looking than our conversation made it out to be last night.
The gun itself is of little importance at this point, but like others have advised, I think an attorney should be called.....Remember, Remington tried their hardest to hide their problems with the Rem 700.....Mossberg will probably be no different.
Lastly, thanks for posting.....I know this wasn't easy for you.....It could save someone's life.

Wish you a speedy recovery and some of the comments on here have taught me a couple new things I'll be taking into consideration in the future.
