This is why I hunt Elk

I've shot two bulls this size in my 55yrs. This one is not for me but a great bull if he shows in daylight for my friend....... Idaho hunting in the black forest in tree stands..... ugh!

Usually for burger I just do 10%. Whatever I can get. Fatback, pork belly, pork picnic has a high fat content also.
