12 gauge with lots of pellets, nonlead

Unless you have to use a pellet gun, I'm with Steve.......12 gauge with Hevi-Shot 5's......Tough enough getting one as it is.

If you do have to.......22 cal with scope to the head bone.

I'd recommend .25 and up and only brain shots

I have a .25 cal sumatra that can hold quarter sized groupings at 100 yards, but I still hunt with a 12 gauge. Just more room for error. A turkeys head is a moving, hard shot. Guns pretty much brand new, less than 100 pellets through it to sight it in. So I'd go $ 550 for just the gun or $650 for gun, UTG 3-12x44 scope, and 5 tins of pellets that it's sighted in with.
