Utah anterless

Frustrated that I hadn’t drawn crap I put something for all 5 choices of the antlerless hunt. Well careful what you wish for. I drew a Moroni cow tag for August 1st. I dont even remember where it’s at. I hope it works out the dates should let me take at least one of the kids before school starts. A cow elk before I even shoot at a dove crazy times.

I haven't elk hunted there, but I have hunted turkeys a lot in the area...Saw a goodly amount of elk just out of Parowan at about 8,300'..........

I hunted the beaver unit in 2015 for a cow hunt. It was in October and the weather was perfect. Harvested a cow on day 4. I am assuming in August everything will be up in higher elevations. Regardless of when, you still have a tag in your pocket. Hoping you get that tag and freezer filled my friend.

Scout the hills north of town. Blue hills road. It's where I got my last cow the last time I hunted there in 2018 or so.

WE just got landowner tags for utah grouse creek area. doe aNTELOPE AND MULE DEER DOE going oct 3-10

I’m a failure sorry guys. The tag was good for a couple weeks but I got sent out to the fires up north. So with a couple days left I high fived the family after almost three weeks gone and tried to connect on the last couple days of the hunt. It was hot 88 in the middle of the day. Not exactly what I would say elk weather. I had eyes on almost all the public land in the area but couldnt turn anything up oh well. I guess if I’m gonna hunt in August I need to head to Hawaii.

Steve, the turkeys in that area are typically found north of where he was. The junction of the nebo loop. There's a wheel line in the guys field. Usually saw them there.



Otherwise, look in the big long buildings in that valley, they're FULL of turkeys.

Steve I didn't see any Turkeys in Utah but I did see some on the Park fire and the Shelly fire. We started out in the Klamath and it was beautiful up there and saw quite a few bears. Then we went to the Park fire and spent some time around the 32 and the Lassen trail loop and that was amazing.

we are hunting grouse creek for mule deer and antelope I just got bull elk tag for utah as well.
