Stupid measure, written by folks who have no idea how firearms work and not the slightest clue how they are going to keep a database of all the ammo (cartridges, powder, primers, projectiles, brass, etc) on the market. Unfortunately, few voters know much about ammo, so without knowing better, they'll probably think it is reasonable. This is why we elect representatives; this kind of measure needs to be framed and decided upon by knowledgeable people. It has no place as a ballot measure.
