covid struck my household (and many of my friends) the week before thanksgiving. I was lucky that my only symptom was a tight chest and after dealing with it for a few days, I decided to take wilderness athlete altitude advantage.
It seriously helped, by next day chest tightness was gone.
As a side note, it is strange how we all had various symptoms. Some just had headaches, some actually lost taste / smell, some were achy, and one of the 20 of us that got it had to go to the hospital (very low o2). Most people had a combo of the symptoms. however for the most part, most of us would take covid over the flu anytime . Not trying to belittle those who it is very serious with, but it is just bewildering how it is so vastly different person to person and so beignet to many of us.
