Mike showed me how to cook the backstrap this way when we were in Utah. It is so good.
 
John, Nice dove breast my friend. Did you add cream cheese to those poppers? Very Nice.

Jim, Nice backstrap. Those Utah deer taste so good you can cut them with a fork. Good Eating
