I used to be a bug-picking machine. Then I developed an allergy to Lobster go figures. Every time I ate them I got a gnarly stomach ache. I had to stop eating them so I stopped picking them.


Those are solid bugs. Use the shells and the stuff you wouldn't eat to make a stock and make lobster bisque.

I made lobster rolls out of a couple of these. Turned out pretty good. Straight up with drawn butter is still my favorite way to eat them.

I'm hoping to get out a couple more days before the close.
