Tough day

Great shooting Utahduckhanter and a nice couple of male VQ. Those grey ghosts are like small rockets. The ground cover doesn’t look like southern California so assuming that is in Utah? If so, how are the quail populations there? And if you don’t mind, what general part of the state are you hunting? We have had several down years here in the San Diego area but a decent season last year and a very nice rebound this year. Heading out shortly for a another 2 week trip thru Utah and Idaho and looking forward to it.

In south west part of Utah and these are gamble quail are population is down little bit
