I too, own a Remington 700...243 BDL...I got it when my old friend Cal passed...It was one of the 700's that would go off when you closed the bolt (trigger mechanism)...Remington fixed it and I've never had a problem.
Billy,
No different than Montana...The limits may not be as liberal, but I don't have to worry about the cartel blasting me either...................;)
Hi Rick,
About a 3 bird average at Wister and a 2.5 at San J...Lots of shooting for the guys I hunted with and they got 13...I got one shot and got 1 (6 shots chasing down their birds with Coley though... :joy:) ...Completely dead after the 7:30 tealfest...Fun morning overall..........:blush...
Well put, Eric...BUT, we all know like you said, "It has nothing to do with wildlife management"...Keep voting democrat and will get worse...............:angery:
Always a fun time in Montana with the multiple specie hunting opportunities...Weather went from the high 80's when we got there, to snowing when we left...Till next year........
Another great trip to the waterfowling mecca of Canada...Wonderful friends, outstanding weather, and tons of specs...............
I'll let the pictures do most the talkin'.....................
