I have a Ruger mini 14 ranch rifle I purchased in 2012 it had always had problem getting jammed but it was just something I put up with. I finally decided to have it taken care of. After contacting ruger, they sent me a shipping label and I took it to Fedex and sent it out on February 27th. I contacted them 9th to check on progress, I was informed the entire action had been replaced and tested with 50 rounds of factory ammo and it was in shipping to be sent back. I received it on the 14th, they also sent two new magazines I took it out and put 30 rounds through it with zero problems. I paid for shipping but they did all repairs at not cost at all. I just wanted to say Ruger is a stand up company that takes care of their customers. I'm sorry I waited so long to get it taken care of.
