Made a great hearty soup. Slow cooked in the dutch oven for 5 hours and you can just pull all the tendons out. Wife is counting down the days for me until next season!

Would recommend adding bay leaves and little more chile kick. Instead of the tomato powder I used Goya Sazon with Cilantro and Tomato
