From what I heard, there are two ways of thinking on that. One people were not going out so there was very little person to person transfer and, or, some of the cases which were covid were actually the flu, but beings the covid was something new they just did not know.

It's R0 is much higher, I think the 0 is pronounced naught. that is the number given to a virus based on how contagious it is. The flu in given a number around 1.5-2, Coronavirus is above 5 with some estimates as high as 6.5.
 
Number one cause of death in 2020 for the umpteenth year in a row??? Cardio vascular diseases with 690k deaths. Weird how that’s not being talked about much. It’s almost like personal responsibility isn’t that important anymore.

If people would take better care of themselves all the time they’d have a better chance of beating diseases like covid, live a more enjoyable life and not worry as much about all this bullshit.

Bottom line is we’re all going to die at some point and we can’t control when that is. Live your life to the fullest.
