Tough scouting

Well it been a pretty tough scouting for dove this year here in southern Utah the few spots I did have to hunt is now being developed for house.

Not so in AZ. Where I go. I saw a few while rabbit hunting.

Scouted doves this morning from MCC to Borrego...Least amount doves I've ever seen...I literally saw more turkeys & deer than doves.

Got a few but no surprise to me. No dove up here now and usually is not , I always see the most in the December/January time period,

Come on sept 1st!! Been watching these guys for months now....Man i hope they stick around!! Gonna get a 177 pellet to their throat!! Then off to the BBQ!! Cant wait!
