Well boys

Northern UT, Western WY, and Eastern ID would put you in a good pocket for multi-state access all within close driving distance.

I think traveling for a while is a good idea though. Knowing a place is tough until you live there for a while.

I was looking ar Nevada, except u notice now it's a blue state, Idaho is getting to expensive. Utah is a red state. My brother in law wants me to go to PA. How ever its a solid blue. Yuk. I spoke to soon I jinx my self buyer have not signed into escrow yet. Holy cow.

Tennessee is really nice.
I'll 2nd that. Been here 10 months, loving it. No state Income Tax. Property tax isn't bad, and if you buy outside the city limits it's even better as you only pay county property tax. Houses are about 1/3 of Commiefornia prices. $59 to register my truck (CA wanted $555) and next year will be $29 (had to pay for the tag the first time). County clerks office (where they license vehicles) about a 15 minute wait. Driver's license office, about a 15-minute wait, an eye test, and out there with a new TN driver's license.

Great feed back fish dog. Thank you

Thanks... bonus info - in the 2020 election TN went for Trump at just shy of 61%. If you look at the map in the attached link, just avoid the three areas that are blue, and you'll be good. https://www.politico.com/2020-election/results/tennessee/ If you scroll around the map it will give you the results for each county. Some were 85%+ for Trump.

If that is your criteria for moving...Then Oklahoma is your place...I think Trump won every county..........................

Lee, if RED is your priority I doubt you’ll be up here in the Pacific Northwest. But if you find yourself in NW Oregon give me a holler. I am in a red County, for what thats worth. I could put you up for a few days. If you like wine tasting, this is heaven. Then head straight east to Idaho! lol.
